Red Sox
So a couple weeks ago, Preston learned somehow (maybe espn.com, I don't know...) that the Red Sox were playing the Twins in Minneapolis. Since neither of us was working yet and Uncle Sam had just given us a little bit of money, we decided to make a day of it and drove over. Unfortunately, both cameras died before the game actually started, but I did get a few pics beforehand.

Clay Buchholtz, the starting pitcher. He didn't do so hot.
Jason Varitek, the catcher and the captain, warming up. Also two fish walking across the field.
What I wish I had pictures of was Manny Ramirez's 3-run homer in the first inning, or the Twins' right fielder's goof, where the ball landed in his glove, bounced up onto his head, rolled off his cap and back down into his glove. Other than that, there was nothing very remarkable about the game. What was remarkable, however, was the amount of beer consumed. And on a Monday night. Wow.

I like fish.
If you look closely, you can see that one of the fish is wearing high heels. Very cool.
They must be freshwater fish. What would sea water fish be doing in Minnesota? But there are 10,000 lakes, after all, so they are obviously from one of those.
